There are a number of variables that go into determining a price. Ultimately it comes down to the estimated time it'll take to complete the service requested considering any obstacles or things that may be in the way.

Depending on the time of year. Ideally every two weeks, during spring and summer you will experience faster growth so you may want to increase service to weekly for those months.

There is no right or wrong answers for this, it is very subjecting based on the look you're going for. With so many types and colors of mulch on the market now, they will all basically have the same performance with a minimal marginal difference in effectiveness from the pricier ones to the cheaper ones.

Grass clippings provide nutrients to your lawn. It helps make the soil richer. The clippings will break down with time.

There is a device that measure the acidity level and pH in soil. The norm is if it's below 6.0 it is too acidic, and if it is above 7.0 it is considered alkaline. They both require different approaches to level out the pH levels.

Typically you can go a couple of years without aerating your lawn. However if you are just now learning this term, chances are your lawn needs to, or at least have it inspected by your lawn care professional. Dethatching is recommended at least once per year before summer time. The build up of thatch is when the grass clippings don't break down fast enough and they go below the surface of the grass. Once that thatch level get to about 1.5" it is time to dethatch as your healthy grass roots are no longer getting the sunlight and water it needs to thrive and you could start seeing patches of dead grass.

Routinely it is recommended to clean out about twice per year. Depending on how much fall foliage you receive. if your lawn is consistently getting filled with leaves, it's probably better practice to clean them off every 3 months or so. Not cleaning out your gutters for long periods of time can can the gutters to grow heavy and begin to weigh down on the structure and cause pricey damages.
